At The Perfect Gift, you can be assured of our quality and services. Our hampers and bouquets are created and packed with attention to every detail so that they would arrive in perfect condition. In addition, we assure you that all products in our gift hamper are of high quality and freshness. However, in any unlikely event that our gift hamper should arrive with damaged contents, we shall replace the damaged item(s) for you. Just retain the hamper(s) and return the assurance card together with the delivery order form. Your claim must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery
Substitution of Goods
The company reserves the right ti substitute products of equal value in the even of non availability. Substitution of items such as baskets, soft toys and vases may be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. Our professional floral artists will substitute a silimiar item of equal or greater value. Due to seasonal supplies, availability of some flowers may be limited. In the occirrences of such nature, substitution may be made. Please note that price may increase on Valentine's Day
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery date. A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed for same day cancellation; ie. less than 24 hours notice. Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order cancelled and no refund will be made. We will keep you informed through normal channels to make other necessary arrangements.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, exceptions may be granted at the discretion of the company's management
The Perfect Gift provides FREE DELIVERY within the island of Penang between 9:00am and 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday. A RM25 fee will be imposed on deliveries after regular hours (subject to availability) and for deliveries outside of Penang Island in Peninsular Malaysia.
